1. All ETA's must handle themselves in a professional manner on and off stage. There will be no tolerance for vulgarity and/or profanity while performing. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and possible elimination from further events.

 

2. Each artist will be judged according to: Performance, Appearance and Vocals.

 

3. All Artists give permission to Presley Productions and the E.P. EXPO to use their name, likeness, image, audio, video, photographs and biography for promotional use and/or for sale during and after the event.

 

4. All ETA's must perform with the EAS Band. NO TRACKS. For a list of songs, visit: www.elvistributeband.com/songlist.htm

 

5. Each artist will be given the chance to perform three songs. One on Friday night and two on Saturday. Only one medley maximum per entertainer.

 

6. Artists will need to provide their own lodging and travel expenses.

 

7. Video and audio recording will not be allowed during any shows and special performances.

 

8. Due to the amount of contestants, no song can be sung more than two times per round (Round 1, Semi-finals, Finals). Each ETA will have the opportunity to pick their song choice on a first come first serve basis.

 

9. Should participant try to change a song during performance, the contestant will be asked to leave the stage and will be disqualified.

 

10.  Participants must carry themselves in a professional manner on and off stage. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and possible elimination from further events.

1st Place - $ 2,500. All expenses paid to return the following year as a showcase artist.

A $ 2.95 processing fee will be added if paid on-line. There is no charge if paid by mail. If paid after 10/01/10 the fee will go up to $49.00
